Job Title: Google Ads and TikTok/Snapchat Ads Virtual Assistant Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Eastern Time (Part-Time) Client Code: BEHA About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) with hands-on experience in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads to support our digital advertising efforts for clients in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and maximize results. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize CPC for search campaigns on Google Ads. • Set up, launch, and monitor display, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat ad campaigns. • Duplicate and adapt existing ad campaigns from one location or city to another, ensuring accurate targeting and consistency. • Track campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements. • Maintain organized campaign structures and ensure tracking integrations are properly implemented. • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure alignment on campaign goals and performance. Tools & Platforms: • Google Ads • TikTok Ads Manager • Snapchat Ads Manager Ideal Candidate Profile: • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Snapchat Ads. • Strong understanding of CPC optimization and campaign scaling. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive in communicating updates and recommendations. • Able to work independently and meet deadlines. About the Clients: You’ll be working with Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) across major markets in the United States, helping them grow their visibility and attract more customers through effective digital advertising.
