This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities: • Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Business Analytics matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. • Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions, leverage data science and technology capabilities, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact, to support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
• Performs complex data research and analysis to support business operations including: creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets. • May conduct more in-depth research with goal of breaking new ground in business data analytics. • Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. • Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Business Analytics assignments.
Requirements: • SQL, Excel, Data analysis, Databricks and python • Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Experience in Regulatory Grade analytics or Real world evidence is highly desired • Knowledge of health care and/or PBM industry preferred #LI-
