Role Description
We’re looking for a new generation ofIndependent Travel Advisorsready to build their own brand within ours… and create unforgettable moments for families, couples, and luxury travelers.
This is can be a part-time or full-time, remotely role located in any part of the United States, Puerto Rico & Mexico for Independent Travel Advisors. The advisors will be responsible for planning and coordinating personalized travel experiences, with a specialization in Disney destinations and related travel. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Advisors will also engage with clients through effective communication to deliver memorable vacation experiences.
- Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality client experience
- Proficiency in Communication to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations, including booking and itinerary planning
- Passion for travel and exceptional knowledge of Disney destinations and related offerings
- Ability to work collaboratively in an remotely team environment
- Proficiency in using digital tools for travel planning and organization
- Previous experience in travel coordination or as a travel advisor is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
