Our Client is a leading middle market investment banking firm based in Boston, providing comprehensive M&A, capital, and financial advisory services to clients across various industries. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join their team in Boston. As a generalist VP, you will play a critical role in managing and executing a wide range of investment banking transactions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Lead and manage the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions.
Β Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights.
Β Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction processes.
Β Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
Β Collaborate with senior management and other team members to drive business development efforts.
Β Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
Β Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Β Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.
Β Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
Β Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Β Proven track record of managing and executing complex transactions.
Β Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
