Job Description

We're a growing CRDMO company supporting biotech and pharma partners in mRNA, LNP delivery systems, and CMC development. We're expanding our commercial presence in the Boston biotech ecosystem and are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager/Director to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who already has exposure to life science services sales and enjoys relationship building, conference networking, and client follow-up.

    Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities within biotech and pharma accounts.
  • Support outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Attend conferences, partnering events, and client meetings in the Boston/Cambridge area.
  • Coordinate with scientific teams to support proposals and client discussions.
  • Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline updates.
  • Build long-term client relationships and help move opportunities forward.
    Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in CRO/CDMO/life science services/biotech tools or related commercial roles.
  • Comfortable writing professional client emails and coordinating meetings.
  • Energetic, proactive, and willing to be customer-facing.
  • Able to thrive in a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Interest in learning mRNA/LNP/CMC technologies.
