Job Summary arenaflex is seeking an experienced Certified Pharmacy Clerk to join our Central Fill and Mail Order team. As a remote data entry specialist, you will be responsible for updating patient profiles, entering prescription information, and preparing third-party insurance claims using our computerized system. You will also assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking prescription drugs and supplies, as well as over-the-counter products. Daily Tasks and Responsibilities As a Certified Pharmacy Clerk, you will be responsible for the following daily tasks and responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in updating patient profiles and entering prescription information into the pharmacy computer, ensuring compliance with Provincial regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality. Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions by bringing stock bottles, counting, pouring, restocking, labeling, and pricing prescriptions under direct pharmacist supervision, following safety and security procedures.

Prepare third-party insurance claims, process invoices, and make accounting entries using our computerized system. Order, receive, tag, and stock prescription drugs and supplies, following product storage procedures and standards. Order, receive, tag, and stock over-the-counter products in accordance with merchandising plans for the department, creating product signs and performing over-the-counter roaming. Provide remote data entry of prescriptions for all Ontario arenaflex Pharmacies. Assist in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Education/Training: Completed a pharmacy diploma at a Community College. Licenses/Certifications: Completed a certification as required by the province where applicable. Experience: Candidates with current pharmacy experience will be given preference. Required Experience We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
