Overview and Compensation
Our System Flex Pool team is a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals who provide exceptional care across various units, including medical and cardiac intensive care, step-down units, Med/Surg, Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, and post-surgical units. As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive compensation package, including:
- $52/hr.
- Evening differential: $2.50/hr.
- Night differential: $3.00/hr.
- Weekend differential: $3.00/hr.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our System Flex Pool, your essential functions will include:
- Supervising nursing care and coordinating total patient care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Floating between units and campuses as needed, including Porter and HealthPlex.
- Providing exceptional care in various departments, such as Cardiac, Med/Surg, Tele, Step Down, Ortho, Oncology, and Overflow/COVID.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) in Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- At least 1 year of Med/Surg experience, or a combination of RN and LPN experience.
- A current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training preferred and required within 6 months of hire.
