As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new Home Health Aides, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and maintaining an active presence at healthcare job fairs.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new Home Health Aides

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures

  • Follow up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff to identify potential candidates

  • Maintain an active presence at healthcare job fairs and organize open house events

  • Utilize the Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential Home Health Aides


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting Home Health Aides in a similar environment

  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in home health care or managing home health care services for a loved one

  • Ability to provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed (HHA related work)

  • High energy and well-spoken demeanor

  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
