In this role, you will oversee financial operations across a diverse range of properties, ensuring revenue integrity, compliance, and effective financial planning. Your contributions will drive sustainable profitability and operational excellence, making you a critical partner for regional leaders. This position requires a strategic mindset to facilitate collaboration between finance and operations teams, ultimately enhancing the overall guest experience through sound financial practices. Responsibilities β’ Serve as the regional Finance lead, overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations across multiple hotels and properties. β’ Own daily revenue audits and PMS reporting to ensure all financial postings are accurate and reconciled. β’ Ensure property-level internal controls are implemented and followed, focusing on guest collections. β’ Lead tax compliance efforts including ongoing sales tax reconciliation. β’ Run weekly credit meetings to monitor outstanding receivables and deposits. β’ Own the annual budgeting process and guide monthly forecasting. β’ Review monthly P&Ls for accuracy and usability. β’ Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance. β’ Develop financial acumen across the organization. β’ Act as a strategic business partner bridging Finance and Operations. Requirements β’ 5+ years of experience in finance roles with responsibility for multi-unit operations. β’ Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Business Administration or equivalent. β’ Proven expertise in revenue controls, budgeting, and financial planning. β’ Strong command of USALI reporting standards. β’ Experience with Opera PMS, NetSuite, Coupa, Anaplan, and Tableau. β’ Clear communicator with a bias for action. β’ Analytical mindset with attention to detail. β’ Assertive and principled with a collaborative spirit.
