Litigation Associate – Trial & Motion Practice California Bar Required | Fully
Remote (CA-based) $150,000–$165,000 + bonus An AmLaw 200 law firm is hiring a Litigation Associate to join its Southern California litigation team. This role is fully remote for attorneys who are California-barred and based in California, while remaining embedded in active, contested litigation. This position is suited to litigators who want substantive advocacy work without stepping away from trials, motion practice, or case ownership.
The role You will work on defence-side litigation matters for national clients, with responsibility across: • Drafting and arguing motions • Depositions and mediation • Discovery strategy and case management • Trial and arbitration preparation
The work includes consumer and product-related disputes. Prior warranty or lemon law experience is not required.
