Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Weβre looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join us full-time and help manage day-to-day tasks across marketing, admin, and client support.
Position Details:
Hours: 8 hours per day, full-time
Trial: 1-month trial period (with performance-based bonus at the end if successful)
Bonuses: Additional bonuses at 3, 6, and 12 months + extra incentives for closing clients
Type: Long-term role with room for growth
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management β scheduling posts, creating content, monitoring engagement
Data Management β organizing reports, tracking campaigns, updating systems
GoHighLevel CRM β managing pipelines, automations, and client follow-ups
WordPress β assisting with website updates, content uploads, and design tweaks
Graphic Design β creating simple graphics, social media creatives, and marketing materials
Calls & Communication β handling basic client calls, follow-ups, and team coordination
Digital Marketing Support β assisting in SEO tasks, email marketing, and campaign management
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, WordPress, and social media platforms
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Must be available for 8 hours per day consistently
