Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed to Finish and Scale AI SaaS App for Contractors ($10k–$15k Budget)
Description:
I am building a SaaS platform called ContractorAI designed to help contractors generate estimates, manage invoices, and connect with other contractors through a marketplace.
The application already exists and is live as a working web application. I am looking for a senior full-stack developer who can review the current system, improve features, refine the UI/UX, and help bring the product to a fully polished production-ready state.
This is not a start-from-scratch project. The core platform and features are already built. I need an experienced developer who can improve the existing architecture and help evolve the product.
Project Overview
ContractorAI is a contractor business platform that includes:
- AI-powered estimate generator
- Estimate and invoice management
- Stripe payment integration
- Contractor profiles
- Contractor marketplace / networking
- Job listings and project connections
- Dashboard analytics
- Subscription-based SaaS model
Responsibilities
The developer will help:
- Review and improve the existing codebase
- Improve UI/UX and overall product design
- Improve estimate and invoice workflows
- Expand contractor marketplace functionality
- Implement geolocation job discovery with map view
- Improve database performance and architecture
- Prepare the platform for mobile deployment (iOS / Android)
- Add new SaaS features as the product evolves
Technical Skills Required
- React / Next.js
- API development
- PostgreSQL or Supabase
- Stripe payments
- SaaS product development experience
Bonus Experience
- AI integrations
- Construction industry software
- Marketplace platforms
- Mobile app packaging (React Native / Flutter / Capacitor)
Budget
$5000-$10000 for the initial completion phase depending on experience and scope.
Timeline
Ideally 4–8 weeks for the initial completion phase.
Confidentiality & Ownership
All applicants must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving full access to the project.
This project will also require a Work for Hire / Intellectual Property agreement confirming that all code, designs, and work produced for this project will be the sole property of the project owner.
Developers must be comfortable working with private repositories and maintaining strict confidentiality.
