Join Our Team as a Medical Courier Driver in Fort Myers! Become a crucial part of our mission to deliver essential medical supplies safely and efficiently to healthcare facilities in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral area. Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Fort Myers, FL Schedule: 3/4 Split Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Compensation: Weekly Settlement Compensation Flat Rate + Additional Income from STAT Deliveries Job Details: This contract includes ONE dedicated route per shift, running between Fort Myers and Cape Coral, totaling approximately 12 miles per trip. On average, drivers complete 1-2 STAT deliveries per shift, offering additional earning potential. Responsibilities: * Safely transport sensitive medical materials between hospitals, emergency rooms, and other medical facilities. * Adhere to the designated delivery schedule and remain on call during contracted hours for potential STAT orders. * Provide exceptional customer service and uphold our commitment to excellence. Requirements: * Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record. * Reliable car, van, or SUV with insurance coverage. * Willingness to undergo a background check, MVR review, and drug screening. * Availability to work split shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed. * Ability to download and operate multiple mobile apps. * Active HIPAA and BBP certifications or willingness to obtain them.
