I’m looking for a U.S. business attorney to review a transaction dispute involving the acquisition of a fintech platform. The matter involves a purchase agreement, founder equity vesting, consulting agreements, and a potential wind-down of the company after the founders stepped away from operational roles.
I’ve prepared a structured data room with the transaction documents, correspondence, and a timeline summary.
My primary objective is to obtain legal guidance on contract interpretation, potential breach issues, and the best path for dissolving the LLC while managing any exposure related to founder equity and an SBA EIDL loan referenced in the purchase documents.
