About the position
iSpot.tv is the leader in real-time TV ad measurement. You will be the heartbeat of our Bellevue office, ensuring a seamless daily experience for our team and visitors. As part of the HR team, you will directly impact company culture by creating a welcoming, high-energy environment that allows our employees to focus on revolutionizing the future of advertising. This is a temporary position running from May through September covering a planned leave of absence. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, own the role fully from day one, and leave the office in great shape for a seamless transition upon return.
- Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Bellevue office, ensuring a clean, organized, safe, and fully functional workspace
- Act as the primary liaison for building management, handling keycard access, repairs, and security issues.
- Maintain a professional reception area, answer and route incoming phone calls, and ensure conference rooms are meeting ready.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist in planning and help execute in-office events, happy hours, and team celebrations
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees, candidates, and visitors
- Support company culture initiatives through thoughtful office experiences and logistics
- Help manage vendors such as food and beverage, catering, mail and packages, etc.
- Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace management, or a similar role.
- exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with a "people-first" attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing vendors, facilities, and operational logistics independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and basic office hardware.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs for snack deliveries and package handling.

- Previous experience managing office facility vendors.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working within a HR or People Operations department.
