We're seeking an exceptional Operations Supervisor to join our Chick-fil-A team in Blaine, MN. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience, while also developing your skills and knowledge to excel in your career. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team in all aspects of shift management, including opening and closing the restaurant
- Manage assigned stations for an entire shift, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Develop and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience

Requirements:
- Must be available to work 4 days a week, including Friday and Saturday
- Must be available to work 25 hours per week minimum
- Must be available to open or close the restaurant 4 days a week
- Minimum 16+ years old
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Leadership experience an asset, but not necessary
