Your Key Responsibilities
Β Manage and organize executive appointments and calendars.
Β Handle email management and organization.
Β Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
Β Oversee social media accounts.
Β Develop and implement structure, workflows, and processes.
Β Research and recommend new technologies.
Β Administer CRM updates and data entry.
Β Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and dining.
Β Assist with project coordination and event planning.
Β Provide personal task support as needed.

Qualifications
Β High school diploma or equivalent.
Β Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours, with at least 20 hours per week.
Β Experience in an administrative support role.
Β Home office setup with a Mac or PC (including webcam) with at least 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office installed.
Β Reliable internet connection.
Β Smartphone with email capabilities.
Β A quiet, professional workspace.
Additional Information
Β This is a 1099 contractor position.
Β Pay ranges from (18 - )21 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Payment is made monthly based on contracted hours. We do not guarantee hours or clients.
Β All candidates may undergo a background check before a contract is issued.
