As a Partnership Manager, youâll own a key sales territory and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. Youâll operate with autonomy, build trusted partnerships with education leaders, and drive innovative solutions that help schools and districts achieve their goals. Youâll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas matter, your contributions are recognized, and your impact is felt.
- Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across your territory, developing strategic account plans and executing to exceed targets.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersâbecoming a go-to partner in their success.
- Deliver tailored presentations and demos that align to customer priorities and drive complex buying decisions.
- Own the full sales cycle, making strategic account decisions in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform territory strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Champion continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of our sales processes and team best practices.
- Embrace new challenges and contribute to additional initiatives as needed to drive team and company success.
- Requirements
- You bring 4â6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing rolesâbonus if itâs in EdTech or Education.
- You have a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious goals.
- Youâre a strategic thinker who can connect customer needs with organizational value.
- Youâre an exceptional communicator and relationship-builder.
- You thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
- Youâre highly proficient with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools.
- You lead with curiosity, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
