Role Overview:
This is a high-activity, remote role where you will call, text, and email potential agents every day to get them signed up with EstateX. You will work warm leads from job boards, social media, and referrals — no cold calling random lists.
- Responsibilities:
- Contact potential agents within minutes of receiving a lead
- Present EstateX’s offer using company scripts
- Follow up daily until the agent signs up
- Track all conversations in our system
- Hit and exceed monthly sign-up targets
- Requirements:
- Sales, recruiting, or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable working remotely with daily accountability
- Compensation:
- Commission: $99 per signed agent (no cap)
- Top performers earn $4K–$8K/month
