Mercor is seeking experienced real estate sales agents to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in real estate sales through hands-on scenario creation and validation. ## Key Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world real estate sales work based on your professional experience
- Create realistic situations involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, market analysis, and closing transactions
- Develop scenarios for handling buyer objections, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, staging advice, and navigating multiple offer situations
- Review and evaluate AI responses to real estate sales queries for accuracy and professional standards
- Provide detailed feedback on real estate sales scenarios to improve AI training
## Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years professional experience as a real estate sales agent in residential or commercial property sales
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities
- Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
- Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz
- 14 years experience preferred

- Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
