This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for multiple teams across projects including virtual meetings and deadlines Prepare, review, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal teams and external clients Track project deliverables, maintain timelines, and update status reports Support internal communications including drafting emails, memos, and announcements Maintain accurate records in digital filing systems and project management tools Assist in onboarding new team members and orienting them with processes and systems Identify areas where workflow can be improved and propose solutions Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or back-office support roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor Comfortable using standard office software such as MS Office and bolthires Workspace, as well as project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
