As an Appeals Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming post service appeals and ensuring all necessary documentation is received as per state regulations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive reviews on all documentation submitted Associate documents to carrier claim and ensure all required documents have been received Attach additional documentation from multiple systems when necessary Request documentation from other sources both internal and external partners Utilizing proprietary databases to assign appeals to subject matter experts Other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma required with excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilizing multiple databases Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Good communication skills, able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing Good organizational skills Company Overview Medlogix provides medical claims management services.
