We are seeking an accomplished Backend Integration Solutions Engineer to join our team, specializing in Salesforce and cloud applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications that seamlessly integrate with Salesforce and other systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and secure applications in Go lang that integrate with the Salesforce platform
- Utilize expertise to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring data consistency and synchronization accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce integration
- Implement bi-directional data flow between applications and Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs
- Develop RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between the application and various internal/external services
- Employ GIT for version control, following best branching, merging, and collaboration practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong background in Salesforce integration and cloud applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Go, Python, or Java, with a proven ability to deliver production-ready software
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, utilizing REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of GIT version control, AWS services, and relational and NoSQL databases
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Utilize AWS services to design scalable and fault-tolerant solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce
- Conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high code quality within the team
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to facilitate integrated application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives
