Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract position. The role involves working with ERP and PIM/PXM tools, focusing on data governance and product lifecycle management.
- Responsibilities
- Candidate must have worked in at least one of the following (more is ideal):
- ERP (any major platform ā e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- PIM/PXM tools (e.g., Salsify or similar systems)
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of information technology experience
- Working on digital platforms such as ERP, PIM/PXM, DAM and the interconnectivity of core and enriched data properties
- Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle, data governance, data collection, data migration, product data requirements such as regulatory data, and GS1/UPC creation and management
- Experience working with an Agile mindset and methodology on large scale, technically complex projects
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience working with teams that leverage software engineering practices
- Must be self-motivated and pragmatic
- Be accountable, adaptable, and collaborative
- Data driven analysis skills that help drive continuous improvement
- Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Highly adaptable to changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Must have situational awareness with an understanding of when to listen and when to be assertive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
