They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will manage inbound calls from customers and deliver exceptional customer service after completing a specialized training program. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information Skills Prior call center experience is a plus, but we value candidates with a proven background in fast-paced customer service environments Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment by demonstrating exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking skills Comfortable utilizing new technology and have a proven ability to excel in a remote work environment Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance including mental health benefits 401(k) matching plus a roth option (U.S.
