They are seeking a Client Connection Coordinator to ensure effective communication with clients, manage leads, and support the intake team in delivering a welcoming experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and make sure every caller is connected, helped, or properly placed on hold — no one gets left behind Collaborate closely with our intake team and marketing director to keep leads moving forward Keep our HubSpot CRM clean and up to date by merging duplicates and maintaining accurate records Support the intake team by staying on top of daily call flow and client communications Attend biweekly intake team meetings to share insights, review progress, and help improve processes Provide a friendly, professional, and reassuring first impression for everyone who reaches out to our firm Skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a warm, professional phone manner Ability to work independently and stay engaged in a remote setting A genuine desire to help people and make their experience smooth and supportive
