Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pomeroy is seeking a remote, part-time Corporate Social Responsibility & Community Engagement Coordinator for a short-term contract lasting approximately 4 months. The Coordinator will support day-to-day programming, communications, events, and administrative functions for the Community Matters team, contributing to community impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day programmatic support for the Community Matters teamβs key programs
- Support in-kind donation order tracking, recording, and processing
- Vet grant application requests, including documentation and execution
- Help inform impact reporting dashboard and provide operational solutions as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects, including employee volunteerism and event support
- Contribute to communications and messaging as needed
Skills
- Previous Intern or Full-time experience in a related field
- Available up to 20-25 hours per week
- Project management skills to prioritize varying needs, at a fast pace, efficiently
- Communication and writing skills to convey the impact of CSR programs
- Experience in Benevity platform and corporate grant processes/systems
- Strong understanding of social issues and corporate governance
- Event management experience
- NJ based preferred, but not required
