They are seeking a CRM Consultant to guide small business owners in implementing and utilizing CRM software effectively to meet their business objectives. Responsibilities • Work directly with our small business customers, guiding them on how to maximize the return on their investment in CRM software • Work alongside our tech team to integrate Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Service Titan software into our customers’ business and website. From helping them configure forms and reports, to implementing quote templates, plugins, scheduling, and routing tools Skills • 3+ years of CRM experience preferably with experience with local service business • Comfort working with common service industry CRM platforms such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, and Service Titan • Must have some availability during standard business hours (9-5) Company Overview • Boost Local is a small business marketing agency ready to help you attract the right people, turn them into loyal customers, and grow your business.
