This role is crucial in supporting the evaluation of key initiatives related to crisis intervention and suicide prevention. You will be instrumental in advancing data-driven insights that inform national behavioral health strategy and enhance crisis system performance. Joining a multidisciplinary team, you will collect, manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets related to healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities and a commitment to improving behavioral health outcomes through data.

Clean and manage quantitative and qualitative data.
Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate program performance, service utilization, and outcomes.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for federal stakeholders.
Support the preparation of technical deliverables and evaluation briefs.
Collaborate with project managers and experts to translate findings into actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.

5+ years of experience in data analysis related to program evaluation or public health.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Public Health, Statistics, or Data Science.
Experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, Stata, or Python.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Ability to create data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with automated processes and documenting data workflows.
Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
