The Infection Prevention Specialist, Vascular will serve as a trusted advisor to key hospital stakeholders, managing relationships and driving sustainable business growth through effective sales and account management. Responsibilities β€’ Managing relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders β€’ Delivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management β€’ Using data and analytics to inform business planning β€’ Identifying and solving customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints β€’ Leverage hospital network & various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunities β€’ Persuading key stakeholders at accounts to advocate for proposed solutions and products β€’ Increasing mix of NPIs β€’ Collaborating with channel/distribution/kitting partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics/programs β€’ Offering new and ongoing in-servicing, education, technical support and troubleshooting product-related issues as needed β€’ Leveraging publications and industry guidelines to influence product adoption and standardization β€’ Driving contract compliance and standardization opportunities β€’ Consulting with clinicians on safe and effective use of products β€’ Demonstrating proficiency upon successful completion of sales training program β€’ Leveraging company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking. β€’ Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums Skills β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience β€’ High School Diploma/GED from AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook) β€’ Current, valid Driver’s License. β€’ Proven track record of quota & target attainment β€’ Prior healthcare sales/clinical experience β€’ Proven experience in territory management & business planning β€’ Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers β€’ Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas β€’ Understanding of the domain of cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and asepsis β€’ Customer focused selling and closing β€’ Experience navigating complex selling cycles β€’ Completion of a formal sales training program β€’ Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce) β€’ Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process β€’ Experience collaborating with distribution channel partners β€’ Outstanding data and analytical skills Benefits β€’ Medical, Dental & Vision β€’ Health Savings Accounts β€’ Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts β€’ Disability Benefits β€’ Life Insurance β€’ Voluntary Benefits β€’ Paid Absences β€’ Retirement Benefits Company Overview β€’ At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives.
