Responsibilities β€’ Manage and oversee marketing strategies across diverse European markets β€’ Coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote environment β€’ Build and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention β€’ Design and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals β€’ Analyze data to adjust campaigns for optimal performance β€’ Tailor marketing strategies to local consumer behavior and cultural nuances β€’ Lead and mentor remote teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration β€’ Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across markets and campaigns β€’ Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign execution and performance tracking β€’ Localize marketing campaigns in terms of language, imagery, tone, and channel selection Skills β€’ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field β€’ Proven experience in marketing management, particularly in a digital marketing agency environment β€’ Experience in international markets or with clients in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or Europe.
