They are seeking a part-time Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, collaborate with clients on their hiring needs, and provide guidance on hiring best practices. Responsibilities β’ Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing β’ Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements β’ Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent β’ Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams β’ Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as well as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes β’ Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews β’ Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo) Skills β’ Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. β’ Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented β’ Ability to build trust and credibility with clients β’ Strong communication and organizational skills β’ 3+ years of recruiting experience β’ PHR or SHRM-CP certification Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in HR or related field Benefits β’ Health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits β’ Paid time off β’ Overtime pay for non-exempt employees β’ Robust learning and development programs β’ Reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy β’ Employee perks and discounts Company Overview β’ OneDigital is focused exclusively on employee benefits.
