Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is searching for enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Agents to support government-based contracts in security, health & human services, and state benefits. The role involves answering inbound calls, troubleshooting tech issues, scheduling appointments, and delivering friendly service to customers. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets Schedule appointments at designated locations Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time Skills Remote‑ready setup: Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace Education: High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus Credentialing: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process Communication skills: Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly Schedule: Training 9:00a - 4:30p - .
