They are seeking a highly motivated Remote Pre-Sales Agent to engage potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team. Responsibilities β’ Act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients and qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team Skills β’ High School Diploma or GED is preferred β’ Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills β’ Working Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome β’ Can Demonstrate Product Knowledge once Nesting Period is Complete β’ Ability to Adapt in a Fast-Changing Environment β’ Own a computer at home (CANNOT be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) that meets these minimum workstation requirements.
