They are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant (Contractor) to support their Sales Team in cultivating new and current accounts to increase sales and maximize opportunities. Responsibilities Reach out to all new leads using provided script and schedule appointments for the assigned Account Executive Check in and follow up with all partners on a biweekly basis to determine if they need any assistance or need to speak with their designated Account Executive Follow up with all clients that have scheduled appointments to provide a reminder of their appointment Complete special projects or assignments as requested Other duties & responsibilities delegated as needed Skills Foreign Contractor/Freelancer Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Motivation to succeed, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to dynamic and ever changing environments as we constantly seek to scale and meet the fluid needs of our clients Effective communicator with strong English language skills, excellent listening comprehension, ability to think critically and assess where support and training may be needed Ability to collaborate with the Head of Sales as well as other team members to determine needs and problem solve Successful applicants will be self-motivated, independent, but also open to coaching and constructive feedback Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not required Company Overview Credit Suite is a business credit builder company, credit card stacking company, and small business loan company.
