Senior Vice President of Sales to lead their dynamic sales organization. This role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, fostering customer relationships, and spearheading innovative sales strategies across diverse markets. Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing B2B (business-to-business) sales and technology solutions • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering leadership development and accountability across all levels • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding existing client accounts through effective account management • Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring proactive engagement with prospective clients and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads • Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales performance metrics, forecast revenue growth, and implement data-driven adjustments for optimal results • Manage the integration and utilization of Salesforce CRM to streamline sales processes, track customer interactions, and improve pipeline management • Negotiate complex deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term business success • Foster a culture of innovation by staying abreast of industry trends in technology sales and applying best practices in technical sales approaches Skills • Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles with a strong track record in outside sales, B2B sales, and management • Deep understanding of technology sales environments combined with expertise in technical sales strategies • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively • Strong business development acumen with demonstrated success in expanding market share and managing key accounts • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market trends, competitive landscape, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment • Outstanding communication skills coupled with a customer service mindset focused on delivering value at every touchpoint • Must be proficiency in Square, Gusto, Quickbook Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance Company Overview • Turner is a provider of construction services committed to making a difference in the lives of people.
