Senior Vice President of Fund Administration to lead their fund team operations and ensure high client satisfaction. The role involves developing client relationships, overseeing technical training initiatives, and providing guidance on fund accounting concepts while managing a team effectively. Responsibilities • Proven ability to develop strong relationships on a global level (i.e.

Executive, HR, Recruitment and Finance) • Strong leadership skills over fund team operations, ensuring the work quality and overall client satisfaction is high • Oversight in company-wide technical training initiatives and a demonstrated ability fund accounting concepts at a high-level required • Partner with Business Development on additional work for existing contracts or on new pricing contracts and proactively provide suggestions on client pricing when applicable • Advise on high-level fund accounting concepts (i.e., complex waterfall structures) • Perform regular client check-ins to ensure high client satisfaction and upsell clients • Organize and lead weekly team meetings • Provide guidance and advisory on high-level employee relations issues, staffing, performance management, etc., partnering with the COO and Human Resources • Ability to multi-task between different tasks and internal demands throughout the day • Responsible for identifying and implementing 'Best Practices' across the operations team • Act as subject matter experts on prospective client calls, partnering with our Business Development Team • Drive implementation of new policies, procedures, technology and overall initiatives • Responsibility for oversight and analysis of internally developed budget model, including capacity and gross profit; and Provide supervision, guidance and coaching to VPs, Directors and the broader teams as needed Skills • Proven ability to develop strong relationships on a global level (i.e.

Senior Management and oversee several teams with various client profiles • Ability to organize and prioritize work, assisting in the coordination of the work of other team members as needed • Advanced computer and technical skills, including the use of MS Office Suite and other financial systems • Ability to effectively provide team members and others with information, training and assistance as needed • Ability to understand and carry out moderately complex accounting procedures and analysis; preparation of work papers; general knowledge of financial reporting • Demonstrate sound research, interpretive and problem-solving abilities • 15 + years' (relevant) experience in PE Accounting or related field • 10 + years' supervisory experience in the following: performance management (including coaching, progressive discipline, performance review delivery etc.), training, talent acquisition and retention • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field • Ability to multitask, time management, attention to detail, planning and problem-solving skills required • Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with current and potential clients • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle/manage multiple team and individual priorities and deadlines • Preferred experience with budgeting, allocations, capacity and gross profit files • Advanced degree (MBA or MSA) in Accounting or related field preferred • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred • Experience in forecasting and budgeting during an accelerated growth period • Proficient in bolthires Office Suite with knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plus Company Overview • LeverPoint It was founded in 2007, and is headquartered in Clifton Park, New York, USA, with a workforce of 0-1 employees.
