We are currently expanding into the Orlando, Florida market and are looking to build a strong local sales team. We are hiring motivated and experienced Business Developers to support our growth and establish long-term partnerships in the region.

- As a Field Sales Representative, you will:
- Proactively visit local businesses to introduce and sell Icon’s payment solutions
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Generate leads, follow up, and close new merchant accounts
- Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure client success
- Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (Required)
- Experience in the payment/merchant services industry (Preferred)
- Bilingual in Chinese (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driver’s License (Preferred but not required)
Job Type:
Full-time
Salary:
$50,000 – $70,000 per year + commission (based on performance)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Orlando, Florida (Local market expansion)
