They are seeking a Global Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce CRM platform, collaborating with various business teams to enhance processes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities β’ Administer Salesforce platform across multiple business teams with appropriate security and visibility controls β’ Manage users, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules across the global organization β’ Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts β’ Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools β’ Maintain and improve core Sales Cloud features including Accounts and Contacts architecture, Opportunities, and Forecasting tools β’ Manage and optimize Salesforce Campaigns and Campaign Members to support sales, events, and marketing use cases β’ Manage data integrity with regular audits, validation rules, deduplication and data quality initiatives β’ Design and maintain complex Salesforce data models supporting enterprise-wide processes β’ Support bulk data imports, exports, migrations, and cleansing activities β’ Implement and maintain data governance policies and technical controls β’ Monitor system health, storage limits, and API usage β’ Implement and maintain platform governance standards, documentation, and technical controls β’ Test and deploy configuration changes and manage Salesforce releases, features, and system updates β’ Perform regular data backups, system audits, and identify opportunities for platform improvement β’ Train regional and technical power users on new functionality and best practices β’ Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency β’ Create custom reports and dashboards to help users and executives gain insights and make decisions from Salesforce data Skills β’ 3-5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator with background on Sales Cloud β’ Advanced experience with Salesforce admin tools: Object Manager, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, and User access management β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and relationships, metadata architecture, and customization approaches β’ Experience installing and configuring managed packages in Sales Cloud (e.g. ZoomInfo, Cvent, Clay, Mailchimp, etc.) β’ Knowledge of CRM concepts, marketing and sales processes (account, opportunity, attribution, forecasting) β’ Demonstrated ability to create custom reports and dashboards β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills β’ Administer Salesforce data to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis β’ Basic knowledge of Salesforce APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns β’ Experience with additional Salesforce products
