<p>U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a growing insurance agency operating across 32+ U.S. states, focused on commercial trucking insurance. We actively use <span style="font-weight: bold">Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud</span> as the core platforms for our sales and service operations. Salesforce is central to our business, and we continuously develop custom logic and automation to support real production processes.</p>

<p>We are looking for a <span style="font-weight: bold">Senior Salesforce Developer (5+ years experience)</span> to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This is a strictly execution-focused role. You will work from detailed specs and acceptance criteria to implement complex business logic and automation in Salesforce.</p>

<p>Development is done via Salesforce Sandboxes. Deliverables include clean code, Apex tests, and clear deployment/testing notes.</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Responsibilities:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement business logic using Apex (bulkified triggers, async: Queueable/Batch)</li>
<li>Develop UI with LWC (preferred) or Aura</li>
<li>Build integrations via REST API and webhooks</li>
<li>Work with and enhance functionality in <span style="font-weight: bold">Sales Cloud and Service Cloud</span></li>
<li>Support and maintain Salesforce Flows</li>
<li>Data operations: import/export, dedupe, data model awareness</li>
<li>Write high-quality Apex tests (test data factory, negative and async cases)</li>
<li>Debug using logs, handle errors, manage governor limits</li>
<li>Prepare deployments via Salesforce CLI / SFDX</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Requirements:</span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of Salesforce development experience</li>
<li>Strong Apex, SOQL, and governor limits understanding</li>
<li>Experience with LWC</li>
<li>Salesforce CLI / SFDX</li>
<li>REST API integrations</li>
<li>Apex tests (including async)</li>
<li>Ability to work precisely from specs and acceptance criteria</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in production environments</li>
<li>Insurance, fintech, or CRM-heavy systems</li>
<li>DocuSign or telephony integrations</li>
