The
Senior Integrated Media Planner is a highly skilled, hands-on practitioner responsible for translating client goals into smart, efficient, and measurable media plans that drive real business outcomes. This full-time role owns the end-to-end media workflow from audience discovery and channel selection, to buying and negotiating, optimization, and post-campaign reconciliation.
As a core member of the CLUTCH Engagement Team, this individual combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to activate media programs that deliver impact across digital and traditional channels. Primary Responsibilities 1.Media Planning & Strategy Support oDevelop and execute media plans aligned with client objectives and bolthires audience insights. oDetermine optimal media mix across digital (paid social, programmatic, paid search) and traditional (radio, print, OOH) channels. oSupport strategic leads (VP/Director) with insights, data, and media recommendations.
2.Media Buying & Vendor Management oNegotiate media rates, placements, and added value across digital and traditional outlets. oBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, publishers, and reps. oExecute insertion orders, track delivery, and ensure compliance with client budgets and brand standards. 3.Campaign Oversight & Optimization oOversee the execution, monitoring, and optimization of media campaigns to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence. oUtilize real-time analytics to track performance and adjust media tactics dynamically for improved outcomes.
4.Post-Campaign Reconciliation & Reporting oReconcile media plans against invoices, ensuring delivery matches spend and performance. oIdentify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in future buys. 5.Collaboration & Communication oPartner closely with account, creative, and project teams to align campaign objectives and execution. oPresent key campaign learnings and performance summaries to internal stakeholders or clients. 6.Innovation + Leadership oStay updated on industry trends and emerging media opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
oChampion best practices in media planning, execution, and measurement to enhance overall team effectiveness. o Qualifications • 3-7 years of experience in media planning, buying, and campaign development across traditional and digital channels. • Highly detail-oriented with experience managing budgets and financial reconciliation. • Hands-on experience with platforms such as bolthires Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs. • Proficiency in tools for tracking and reporting (e.g., Bionic, bolthires Analytics, Looker Data).
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship skills. • Excellent communication and time management in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. Skills & Competencies • Ability to develop forward-looking media strategies aligned with business goals. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize media performance. • Expertise in securing bolthires-efficient media placements. • Deep understanding of digital, traditional, and emerging media channels. • Ability to work cross-functionally and present insights effectively.
