Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with laws and regulations. Negotiate and manage contracts with external parties, including customers, vendors, and partners, to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company. Advise and educate internal teams on legal matters, including contract interpretation, risk assessment, and compliance requirements. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and provide recommendations to ensure compliance. Identify and assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and procedures related to contract management and compliance. Communicate and negotiate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to resolve legal issues and disputes. Monitor and track contract performance and ensure timely renewals and amendments, as needed. Provide legal guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in contract management and make recommendations for process improvements. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation of all contracts and related legal matters. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and other internal stakeholders, providing sound legal advice and guidance to support decision-making processes.
