Develop and maintain responsible and ethical AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Design and implement MLOps pipelines and processes to ensure efficient and effective deployment of AI models.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools in the MLOps space to continuously improve our processes and capabilities.
Lead and mentor junior MLOps engineers to build a strong and capable team.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the responsible use of AI technologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to MLOps and responsible AI.
Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure our AI solutions adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance and support on responsible AI practices.
Act as a subject matter expert on MLOps and responsible AI, providing guidance and advice to the wider organization.
Participate in the development and maintenance of company-wide policies and guidelines related to AI and data ethics.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools in our MLOps processes.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues in MLOps pipelines and processes, and implement solutions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and responsibility within the MLOps team and the wider organization.
