Description
Seeking a Sr. Bookkeeper with Entertainment Industry and Tour Accounting experience. This individual will oversee and handle the day-to-day cash management of multiple high net-worth clients, entertainers, (music industry experience/ prior touring experience is highly preferred!) and small business owners.
- Responsibilites
- Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations and monthly cash flow
- Heavy client and vendor interaction
- Respond to daily client or partner requests
- Daily client cash management needs
- New client intake and setup
- Special projects as assigned
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
- Will consider applicants with transferable experience in industry to meet this qualification
- 5+ years Experience working with high profile and high net worth clientele
- Heavy bookkeeping experience, with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledge
- Experience in the entertainment and music industry highly preferred and desired
- Tour experience a plus!
- Familiarity with Artist, Publisher, and Writers Royalty Statements
- High level working knowledge of QuickBooks (Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus, but not necessary)
