Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for 10–15+ roles, primarily across Engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science Strategic Partnering: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, advise on market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies Data-Driven Sourcing: Use data and insights to design sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and convert top-tier technical and product talent globally Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to help inform hiring decisions and workforce planning Operational Excellence: Maintain a high bar for candidate experience, process efficiency, and compliance across all recruiting activities Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HRBPs,
