I'm looking for a reliable Technical Support or Virtual Assistant with a solid foundation in coding. This role involves assisting with various tech-related tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing day-to-day support across software tools and workflows. Requirements: β’ Must be a US citizen (no exceptions) β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Experience with technical customer support or virtual assistance β’ Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Trello, and Google Docs β’ Basic to intermediate experience with coding or software development (Languages like HTML, JavaScript, Python, or others are a bonus) β’ Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed β’ Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Nice to Have: β’ Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, or Notion β’ Familiarity with APIs or basic debugging β’ Comfort with using GitHub or terminal commands Hours & Pay: β’ Part-time to start (5β10 hours/week), with potential to grow β’ Hourly rate based on experience To Apply: β’ Confirm you are a US citizen. β’ Briefly describe your experience with both support/assistant roles and coding. β’ Include your availability and hourly rate.
