As a Product Manager Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and customer experience
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes through marketing, sales, and other activities
- Conducting market, economic, and competitive evaluations to inform product performance
- Performing fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights
- Developing and implementing advanced data models and analytics to drive business decisions
- Identifying and prioritizing new features, including market analysis, business case development, and driving prioritization
- Leading complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional teams
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development

- Digital Product or Project Management experience
- Consulting experience
- Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams and external customers using design-thinking principles
- Ability to identify customer problems, develop key hypotheses, and create prototypes for customer learning
- Strong project management skills, entrepreneurial growth mindset, and ability to create strong networks and relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of work experience in product management, market analysis, or research, or equivalent
- Superior knowledge of competitive, market, and economic factors affecting product performance
- Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring, and solving skills
- Strong project management and leadership experience
