Position: Full-Time Account Manager
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
ΓΒ Communicate with customers, via phone or e-mail, about current and new orders
ΓΒ Creating/editing sales orders, quotes, and invoices
ΓΒ Researching apparel products and promotional items, using our Sage database
ΓΒ Answering phones and helping customers with any questions or concerns they might have on current and new orders
ΓΒ Managing and growing our current customer base of over 100 schools
ΓΒ Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
ΓΒ Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
ΓΒ Creating UPS shipments
ΓΒ Travelling to conferences in the spring and fall to represent the company
