US Administrative Assistant (Junior Level Applicants are Encouraged to Apply - 6 Months - 1 Year Exp) | (Night-Shift - Remote)

At PeoplePartners, we’re on the hunt for a savvy US Administrative Assistant to support one of our favorite clients—a fast-growing food company shaking things up in Sales, Operations, Finance, and QA. You’ll help keep the gears turning behind the scenes, making a tangible impact from day one.
About the Role
This isn’t your average admin job. You’ll be the go-to for keeping data organized, processes smooth, and reports accurate. If juggling Google Sheets, ClickUp, and the occasional AI prompt (hello, ChatGPT!) sounds like your kind of fun, keep reading.
- Your Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain sales data, spreadsheets, Airtable databases, and client records with precision.
- Prepare and organize support documentation for multiple teams, including Sales Ops and Finance.
- Handle data entry, file management, and order tracking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar and email management, and overall team coordination.
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and quality assurance documentation.
- Collaborate virtually with a dynamic, US-based team using tools like ClickUp and Front.

- Pro with Google Workspace & MS Excel.
