Responsibilities:
 Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
 Deliver direct and indirect physical therapy services, including therapeutic interventions and collaboration with educational teams.
 Design and implement exercise programs, recommend adaptive equipment, and suggest environmental modifications to enhance students' physical development and participation in school activities.
 Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans.
 Monitor student progress, adjust intervention plans as needed, and document outcomes.
 Stay updated on best practices and current research in physical therapy and education.
Requirements:
 MasterÂs degree (or equivalent) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
 Current license to practice Physical Therapy in California.
 Experience working as a Physical Therapist in a school or educational setting, preferably K-12.
 Virtual physical therapy experience is preferred.
 Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, including motor development and orthopedic conditions.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
 Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and teletherapy technology.
